Terms and Conditions:

Deposit will be at 50% of the total price.
Strictly full payment when pick-up or delivery.
Deposit will be forfeit for any cancelation.
Goods sold are not returnable.
All artwork submitted must be acceptable format and clear. We will not responsible for any defect in printing or embroidery quality resulting from improper artwork resolution.

WHAT IS BLOCK CHARGE?

BLOCK CHARGE is charge upon overall cost, one time only. We transfer your design into our block and print it. After print, we need to dispose it. Sorry we cannot save your block if you want to print 'the same design' again. We cannot simply save all our customers block. We need to re-use it. If u want to save the block, u need to buy it. The price is RM65 for one design.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE DESIGN?

Mail us your design in big size, preferrable in adobe illustrator.ai or adobe photoshop .psd, 300dpi, big size in jpeg or anything similar at dianelladesign@yahoo.com
